The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence providers, including Anthropic, to analyze uploaded data. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to your data being processed by these third-party services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Service provides data quality analysis only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, HR, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Service outputs. Lembu LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
This Service is in beta. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. The Service is not intended for production use or critical business decisions without independent verification.
You retain all rights to data you upload. Lembu LLC retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and AI implementations. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEMBU LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL.
LEMBU LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lembu LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
Lembu LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Lembu LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lembu LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
